Here is an email we received recently from a parent:

The first pair of gloves I ordered were a lil snug for my 4 year old daughter. I emailed customer service about exchanging them by sending the small ones back. Instead they saved me the hassle and sent me a larger pair so I did not have to go through shipping the small ones back and waiting. They were quick to respond and shipped the new ones out very quickly. My daughter liked the gloves, but she did have to get used to them. They are helping her with the thumb sucking at night, but we still catch her taking one off sometimes to cheat. I’m sure she will stop with a little more reminding. I do like the gloves, they are cute and seem more comfortable than others alternatives I’ve tried. I absolutely loved the customer service from Glovey Huggy and would definitely recommend them to a friend.
